Upon acceptance into this class, all attendees are required to agree to and adhere to the following guidelines:

• Empathy and Support: When someone shares a profound loss, give them your presence and attention. Often, it's more about listening than sharing your own story.

• Safety and Respect: It’s crucial to maintain a respectful and safe environment for everyone. Manage your own triggers responsibly and avoid projecting them onto others.

• Tender-hearts Rule: We foster a confidential community free of bullying, mean-spirited behavior, or gossip.

• Reimbursement: Class tuition is eligible for a Superbill so you can submit for reimbursement.

• Classy and a Little Trashy: This is a “Dry” group. If you arrive under the influence of alcohol or drugs, we’ll arrange for your safe return home via Uber, though you will be expected to cover the cost of the ride. We look forward to seeing you next week! :)
